INSTRUCTIONS
For chicken
Marination- ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli,
coriander, cumin, garam masala, little oil and lemon
Leave it for minimum 30 mins
Heat a pan with medium flame then add little oil and put
your marinated chikcen on it, cook one side for 4-5 mins
then flip it and cook it for another 4-5 mins (you can
reduce the flame and cover it with lid).... add little butter
then add garlic and kastori methi on it and pour it on top
of the chicken... cover it for another 1-2 mins and the
serve.
For eggs
High flame for 7 mins until water boils then turn off the
flame and cover it from lid for sometimes.
